Her commercial clients include funding sources to increase capital stack opportunities. All projects have included transaction support, site evaluation, and municipal & county planning. Through her investment sales, she has been called to utilize her expertise for projects including analysis & data research for a valid objective approach, front-to-end design phases, development strategizing to include planning, rezoning, entitlements, and municipal communication.

Excelling in existing building evaluation and portfolio management, Tessa often provides further analysis of statistics & data for long-term phase projects. Danielle Scalise’s experience as a military dependent has profoundly shaped her views toward the importance of quality real estate - both residential and investment. In relocating every few years, she learned how impactful your residence can be and how it shapes so many aspects of your life, from financial to social.

Danielle strives to share her passion and knowledge with all of her clients to ensure that they have a positive experience making one of the largest purchases of their lives. She is dedicated from the beginning until long after the transaction is over to client service. Her previous experience as a high school teacher has provided her with skills such as organization and meeting deadlines. Danielle is an effective communicator and stays in contact with all parties involved in a transaction in order to certify a successful closing.

Danielle grew up in the panhandle and graduated from Florida State University. After 13 years of moving around the world, she is delighted to return to her home state and reside in Jacksonville, FL.

Heather Merrill comes from outside of Boston, MA but has been living the Florida life for 8+ years, having settled in the World Golf area of St Augustine.  Heather graduated from the University of Minnesota and from Hamline School of Law.  Before becoming a realtor, she spent many years as a real estate attorney focusing on real estate contracts
and negotiation of real estate contracts. When settling in Florida, it was a perfect transition for her to get into the real estate market as a realtor.  The opportunities to help

Mario joined Luxe Florida Group as a Lead Realtor in March 2024. He serves as a consultant to HOA Association's Board of Directors and is responsible for onsite business office service and community operations. -

Mario manages the performance of contracts, vendors, or other service providers and delivers competitive recommendations to prospective Buyers or Sellers to ensure service levels and results consistently meet or exceed expectations. He acts as a service champion and liaison in coordinating solutions to Buyer and Seller concerns, consistently bringing great credit to the firm.

 

Mario is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. As a Superintendent and Project Manager, Mario excelled in providing strong customer service to residents while efficiently managing project operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, he ensured properties were maintained to the highest standards, coordinating with vendors and overseeing all aspects of business operations.

 

Before his current role, Mario held positions as a Community Association Manager, where he managed portfolio communities, provided fiscal management, and facilitated effective communication between board members and homeowners. His dedication to excellence is evident in his successful management of over $2.7 million in combined community assets and his commitment to ongoing education and certification in the field.

 

Mario's professional journey also includes experience as an Acquisition Specialist, where he demonstrated his negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients to secure properties below market value. With certifications in Community Association Management and a background in real estate, Mario brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every role he undertakes.

Kristin Eisenstein

BIO​

Kristin Eisenstein has worked in senior living since 2018 following nearly a decade as the Executive Accountant for a luxury golf club and resort management company. A resident of Clay County, and a first coast resident since 1989, her family’s personal experiences with her grandmother’s Alzheimer’s prompted a change in direction to senior care. In 2018, she became a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner and worked in various areas of senior care before becoming an administrator.  Her empathy, honesty, and compassion for families struggling to find care for their loved creates special bonds with those she helps. It’s not unusual for Kristin to stay in touch with those for whom she’s helped above and beyond the facility.  In 2024 she sought her real estate license to continue to help the seniors and families she meets.  Active in the community in which she lives, Kristin is a member of the Clay County Senior Advocacy Committee and the Westside Senior Enrichment Council.  She has two grown sons and lives with her 5 cats and dog, Tux.  In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, woodworking, home improvements, and is a stained-glass artist.

Josue Fernandez is a 30 Navy Veteran with a family of 5
kids ranging in ages from 3-24. He has a Bachelor in
Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle
Aeronautical University and over 30 years of experience
in construction and electrical/electronics. He recently
completed the state requirements for his Florida Real
Estate Sales Associate and started working with Luxe
Florida Group in 2024. Josue is super motivated in this
new chapter of his life and sees Real Estate as an
opportunity to give back to the Navy by helping military
personnel achieve home ownership while they are still
serving our country. Josue is bilingual in both English and Spanish.

Nick Gardella

Nick Gardella has 25 years of experience as an electrician and general contractor.  Nick moved from Kentucky to Fleming Island with his wife and six kids in 2021.  Nick has been a partner and manager for multiple entities that have completed dozens of long-term rentals and fix/flips.  He is excited to combine his knowledge and expertise in construction with the real estate industry.

As Development Manager, Nick provided vital insight on property research, land use and overall project management. His ability to foresee future growth throughout Northeast Florida proves an asset for developments, across every industry.
