Through her investment sales, she has been called to utilize her expertise for projects including analysis & data research for a valid objective approach, front-to-end design phases, development strategizing to include planning, rezoning, entitlements, and municipal communication.

Excelling in existing building evaluation and portfolio management, Tessa often provides further analysis of statistics & data for long-term phase projects. Previous clients included Freska Mediterranean Grill, Weldcorp Mftg., Madison, Middleton, Marshall & Deforest WI municipalities representation, Diane Hendricks & CCL 200 acre mixed-use community development, to name a few.
